Home Inspection Services

Home Inspection

A licensed NJ Home Inspector will go through the property and conduct an inspection within the standards. After the inspection you can expect a written report with 48 hours. The report will include images and tier finding by level of concern. 

Radon Testing

Radon testing is available and should be conducted in most homes. A certified radon technician associated with RAdata will conduct this test. The radon testing will take between 2-6 days and then a final reading will be given after once the test is analyzed by the lab.

Pre-inspection and Walkthroughs

Pre-inspections for sellers and open house walk throughs with potential buyers. This is a great option for sellers or potential buyers of a property. A licensed home inspector will accompany you during the walk with of an open house or showing and answer questions and give the property a quick once over. This is not as thorough as a home inspection or pre inspection.

Clearstory was started in 2021 by a licensed New Jersey Home Inspector who is passionate and knowledgeable about the field. During home inspections clients are encourage to ask questions and follow the inspector to understand the home as best as possible. The home inspectors goal is to educate the client on the home and make sure the house is safe. The professional duty of the home inspector is to inspector the home and make sure the house is working order and to find the defects. A licensed professional is recommended to make all repairs noted in the home inspection report.
